YOUR CONSENT We are committed to ensuring that Ryonet treats Personal Information lawfully and correctly. To this end, we fully endorse and adhere to the “Data Protection Principles” set out in the Act. Process Transactions and Accept Payments. Perform Services. Ryonet may use Personal Information to perform Services, manage your account and provide you with customer support. Ryonet may also use Personal Information to enforce our Terms, manage our business, and perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

Tailor Marketing to the Customer’s Needs and Respond to the Customer’s Requests. Ryonet may use your Personal Information to notify you about new product releases and service developments, and to advertise our products and services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, if the customer consents, we may share a customer’s Personal Information with other selected third-party partners that offer complementary products or services. Please review the specific third-party partner’s privacy policy regarding any further interactions with them.

Obtain Third Party Services. We also share Personal Information with third parties who provide services to Ryonet such as credit card processing services, order fulfillment, analytics, web site management, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, e-mail delivery, auditing, and other similar services. We may also disclose depersonalized data (such as aggregated statistics) about the users of our Platforms in order to describe our sales, customers, traffic patterns and other platform(s) information to prospective partners, investors and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. When Ryonet shares Personal Information with third-party service providers, we require that they use the customer’s Personal Information only for the purpose of providing services to us and subject to terms consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Job Postings. If your Personal Information is submitted through our website when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your Personal Information for a period of time, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions, or as required by law. This information may be shared with third-party service providers retained by us to collect, maintain, and analyze candidate submissions for job postings.

Ryonet offers customers the choice of creating an account or checking out as a guest when they make purchases from our Platforms. If you choose to create an account, you may update your Ryonet account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings You may unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations, changes/updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices). Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content (“User Content”) for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

As noted above, Site visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Ryonet’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of our Platform may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

In addition, you can make a subject access request to review your Personal Information collected via our Platforms or ask us to stop using it by sending an email to privacy@ryonet.com. Ryonet does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that Personal Information will be protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations. The Ryonet Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that any User Content or other information provided to Ryonet that contains the Personal Information of children is provided solely by, and with the full consent of, the parent or guardian. Ryonet does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Sites or Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible.

Request Verification

Before we can respond to a Request to Know or Request to Delete, we will need to verify that you are the consumer who is the subject of the CCPA request. Verification is important for preventing fraudulent requests and identity theft. Requests to Opt-Out do not require verification.

Typically, identity verification will require you to confirm certain information about yourself based on information we have already collected. For example, we will ask you to verify that you have access to the email address we have on file for you. If we cannot verify your identity based on our records, we cannot fulfill your CCPA request.

For a request that seeks specific personal information, we ask that you sign a declaration stating that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request, as required by the CCPA.

In some cases, we may have no reasonable method by which we can verify a consumer's identity. For example:

  • If a consumer submits a request but we have not collected any personal information about that consumer, we cannot verify the request.
  • If the only data we have collected about a consumer is gathered through website cookies (i.e. the consumer visited our website but had no other interaction with us), we are unable to reasonably associate a requester with any data collected; therefore, we cannot verify the request.

Authorized Agent

A California resident's authorized agent may submit a Request to Know or a Request to Delete under the CCPA by emailing us at privacy@ryonet.com. Requests submitted by an authorized agent will still require verification of the person who is the subject of the request in accordance with the process described above. We will also ask for proof that the person who is the subject of the request authorized an agent to submit a privacy request on their behalf. An authorized agent that has power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code section 4121 to 4130 must submit proof of statutory power of attorney, but consumer verification is not required.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any personal data provided by or obtained about you. We will permanently delete any such personal data from our records and direct our processors to do the same. Notice of Financial Incentive

Consumers who sign up for our marketing emails receive the specified discount on purchases. A consumer provides their email address and/or phone number and consents to receive emails and/or SMS text messages in exchange for a discount provided via coupon code. To opt in, a consumer must enter their email address and/or phone number into the form and submit it. A consumer may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email footer, or from text messages by texting "STOP" at any time. We calculate the value of the offer and financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer.
